Alternate Nostril Breath
I LOVE this breath anytime, but especially during pregnancy!
This clears both nasal passageways and balances the hemispheres of the brain. It also creates a sense of harmony and helps relieve stress and tension headaches.
I also love to use this to find clarity when I have to make a big decision!
What to do:
Press your thumb into the right nostril and breathe into your left nostril.
Now close your left nostril with your ring and pinky finger and exhale through your right nostril.
Start again, on the right this time. Breathe in through your right nostril and exhale through the left.
Try this breath for 3-5 minutes and see how you feel after.
