By using this site, you accept all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein without limitation or qualification. These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, services and offerings by Andrea Hunt and partners. Our Website provides Yoga, Reiki and other holistic offerings and accompanying products, affiliates and partnerships. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Please read the terms of use agreement carefully before using this Website. When enrolling as a student or participating with Andrea Hunt Yoga in sessions or offerings,  you agree to the terms and conditions herein.

Minors

This website is not directed to and should not be used by persons under eighteen years of age.

Restrictions of Use

All content in this website including, text, graphic, logo, coding, videos, course offerings etc. are the property of Andrea Hunt Yoga and protected by United States and International copyright laws. You must not download or use any content for commercial use unless authorized expressly by us.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Andrea Hunt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof) at any time. Use of the service and membership on the Website is void where prohibited. 

Yoga Classes

Unless otherwise stated, please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to each yoga class. Even though we are not in a physical yoga studio space, please keep cell phones out of the area to avoid distractions. 

Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule. Andrea Hunt Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason. Please arrive at your zoom class ten minutes before class to ensure your technology is working properly.

When participating with any of Andrea Hunt Yoga’s services, you agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioners to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes. It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice. Classes offered by Andrea Hunt Yoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, or death. You will follow all instructions given to you by Andrea Hunt Yoga and any affiliated partners and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury. In attending classes associated with the Andrea Hunt Yoga brand, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Andrea Hunt Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Andrea Hunt Yoga reserves the right to refuse any student from participating in her offerings or classes.

Offers/ Discounts

New Private Yoga students may receive their second private session for free by entering the approved discount code; this is limited to redemption of one per student. All promotions are non-transferable and non-returnable and cannot be shared. Clients found to be buying the intro offer more than once will be suspended and charged any additional class costs they may have incurred.

Private Yoga Packages

Class Packages do not expire. Class packages are not to be shared between students. If you are unable to attend your scheduled private session class, please contact us to reschedule within 24 hours of the upcoming class. Sessions that are missed without prior communication can be rescheduled on an as needed basis and is entirely dependent upon Andrea Hunt’s schedule and availability.

Class, Event and Workshop Cancelations and Booking Etiquette

If you do not show up for a class, it is your responsibility to communicate this with Andrea Hunt to set up an acceptable rescheduling time. 

Workshop and events are non-refundable and cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the reserved workshop or event. If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop and will not be able to use the credit for a future workshop. 

Credits will not be provided for enrollments canceled by students less than 24 hours before scheduled class. Please cancel before 24 hours of scheduled class if you are unable to attend a class or workshop to make your space available to others.

Billing

Payment must be made upon booking. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event without paying unless it is a free or donation based class. Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that based on our judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

By making a purchase on this Website, you agree that all information provided is current, complete and accurate. You agree to update the required information to make purchases including: updated credit card information, shipping address and account information so that we can complete your orders and contact you as necessary.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any services.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, workshops, programs, or as account credit. Gift cards are not for retail purchases unless stated otherwise. Gift cards can be purchased and sent electronically through our website. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Termination of Account

Andrea Hunt Yoga, at any time and for any reason may terminate your access to her services, delete your account or restrict your access to any and all content herein for any and no reason, with or without prior notice and without liability. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Third Party 

To improve our offerings, we may provide additional links, tools and features to our Website. Andrea Hunt Yoga does not provide any express or implied warranty regarding any performance of third party websites. The website user assumes all risk. These third-party tools that you have access to are not monitored or controlled by us. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools as they are and Andrea Hunt Yoga is not responsible or liable for any issues arising from the use of the third-party tools. Your participation in using these tools offered through this Website is done at your own risk and discretion and you should become familiar with and approve the terms on which the tools are provided on their respected sites. Any tool or feature added in the future is subject to these Terms of Service. 

Non-Commercial Use

Andrea Hunt Yoga may not be used in any context with commercial purposes, except as specifically approved by us. 

Participant Liability and Release Waiver

By voluntarily participating in any of Andrea Hunt Yoga’s, classes, workshops, offerings, events or other service I agree to the participant terms of this agreement including the acknowledgements below:

As a participant in yoga classes, offerings, events or, workshops, and online materials, offered by Andrea Hunt Yoga during which I will receive information and suggestions about yoga, health, or Reiki, I recognize that the activities I participate in at Andrea Hunt Yoga require physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause aggravated physical injury, and I am fully aware of and willingly assume the risk and hazards involved. 

I understand that it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my participation in any of the classes, programs, workshops, online materials, and events at Andrea Hunt Yoga. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in these activities.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the classes, programs, workshops, and events with Andrea Hunt Yoga, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risk, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participation in the activity. I agree to inform my instructors of any physical limitations, discomfort and/or injuries before or during classes and I take full responsibility for my own actions and my own limitations.

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the classes, programs, workshops, and events at Andrea Hunt Yoga, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive, renounce and disclaim any claim I have or may have against Andrea Hunt Yoga, its partners, instructors, contractors, directors, owners, and employees for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the classes, programs, workshops, and events that Andrea Hunt Yoga hosts. I forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Andrea Hunt Yoga for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts that are not intended to harm me.

Content

Andrea Hunt Yoga shall not, under any circumstances be held liable for any content on this Website, social media platforms associated with the brand, partnerships or affiliates. This also includes any errors or omissions in any content, or any kind of damage.

Shared Content Release Waiver

Clients that post, display, publish, or share any content from Andrea Hunt Yoga’s Website, affiliated apps or social media sites, hereby grant to Andrea Hunt Yoga a non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free, license to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and otherwise make available such content on and through the Website, in print, or in any other format or media now known or hereafter invented, without prior notification, compensation, or attribution to you, and without your consent. If you wish to remove any repurposed content that we share from your posting, you may contact us, but Andrea Hunt Yoga has no obligation to remove any such content.

Any submissions to this website in either text or image form may be reproduced by Andrea Hunt Yoga for use on this Website. I authorize Andrea Hunt Yoga, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Andrea Hunt Yoga may use such photographs and videos of me with written consent with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I hereby waive the right to receive any payment for signing this release and waive the right to receive any payment for Andrea Hunt Yoga’s use of any of the material described above for any of the purposes authorized by this release.

Accuracy of Information 

Andrea Hunt Yoga is not responsible for any injury or accident that may result from participation in any video, class, workshop, corporate offering, Reiki, or association with any marketing or other accompanying material. This website, associated apps, and social media for Andrea Hunt Yoga may contain technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies, or typographical errors for which we cannot be held responsible.  

Servability 

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and Andrea Hunt Yoga that arises in whole or in part from the Website shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Indemnification

You are prohibited from using the Website, any of its content and content from affiliated apps and social media sites for any unlawful purpose. You must not transmit any intentional worms, viruses or harm to any content on our Website that would cause destruction, this includes interference with the Website’s security. You shall not solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts that violate any international, federal or state regulations, rules, laws or local ordinances. You shall not harass, insult, slander, harm, or discriminate in any capacity while interacting on this Website or affiliated sites. You shall not submit false or misleading information. We reserve the right to terminate your use of service for violation of any of the prohibited uses.
