During Covid-19 all Private Yoga Sessions are held on Zoom.
You will receive your Zoom class link after signing up for a session. You will also be emailed immediately after booking with your Zoom link.
My goal with each Private Session, is to alleviate tension areas, tone muscle, and increase flexibility through customized yoga sequences to support you with where you’re currently at and where you want to go with your yoga journey.
I believe everyone should be able to have access to yoga. Due to Covid-19 and other circumstances, if my offerings do not fit your current budget, please email me here to see if we can work together to make something work!
