My goal with each Private Session, Corporate Workshop, and Community Class is to alleviate these tension areas, tone muscle, and increase flexibility through customized yoga sequences where I draw from my Vinyasa, Power, and Trauma Yoga Certifications for a full body and mind experience.
My Healing Journey
From the age of 3, she began using dance and the performing arts as her form of self-expression. Although she had this outlet of performing that allowed the body to release, she was often left with anxiety from overthinking and overanalyzing situations. This freedom of body and stifling of the mind made her anxious to find balance within.
When Andrea was fifteen, her mom took her to a corporate yoga class and she felt a dynamic combination of peace in body and mind. The balance that she had been craving propelled her to learn all that she could about breath and the mind-body connection.
After a career in Los Angeles as an actor and becoming a new mom, Andrea moved back to Indianapolis and is continuing her studies to be a Creative Arts Therapist. She has her 500 hour certification in yoga and is also certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative, Yin, Meditation, Mindfulness, Sculpt Yoga, Pre and Postnatal Yoga, FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) and Reiki.
Andrea’s goal is to create a safe space for you to challenge and connect with self in order to connect deeper with the world around you.
